FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Production Time & Rush Order

Our Costumes, Props & Armors are made to order and does require production time.

On average it takes us 7-15 days for in-store Costumes and Props, and 25-65 days for Armors.
Orders with additional requests may require additional time. 

Rush Order Request is free upon request, subject to our schedule availability.


We encourage you to include a Deadline Date with your order; it is best to set a date that is 1 to 1.5 weeks before your actual event date.
This will give sufficient time for shipping and fitting. 

Contact us by Email (support@deusfm.com) to confirm Rush Order, Deadline Date or for in stock to ship items.

Sizing & Custom Sizing

We offer both Standard Sizes (2XSmall - 2XLarge) and Custom Sizing, both options are Free.

As our Sizes do run small, we recommend going 1/2 size up for Standard Sizes.

Custom Commission Requests

We accept Custom Commission requests for Costumes, Props and Armors. 
It can be a existing character or a custom creation.

We don't offer design services as of right now, so reference photos will be require for quoting.


For Custom Armors, you can request to purchase the design template with the finish armor (painted or unpainted).

Custom Commission usually takes 20 days for fabric costumes and 45-75 days for high detail costumes and armors.

Non-Profit & Business Discounts

Discounts are available for Non-Profit and business purchases.
Please contact us directly with your item(s) list for a discount quote. 

Payment Options & PayPal Credit Financing

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and PayPal Credit.

Split payment option (50% deposit with 50% at completion) is available for Custom Orders & Armors.

PayPal Credit is a 6 months financing option offer directly by PayPal, subject to PayPal's approval and terms.

Order Change Requests

Order modification and cancellation is available within 24 hours after placing your order.
Past that, your order will be in production and modification changes will be limited to only small sizing alterations.
And cancellation request may require a re-stocking charge of 10-35%, depending on the production phase.*** (per individual cases)

We carry a limited inventory of Standard Size Costumes that are either ready to ship or ready for fast ship.
Contact us directly for availability. 

Replacement Requests

For Custom Orders & Armors, replacements and repair assistance are available upon request.
Including remake for specific pieces, fabrics and materials.
Additional charge might apply.

Shipping Options & Rates (Worldwide)

We ship worldwide and offer Free Expedite Shipping for in-store orders over $100.
Armors & Props are ship via EMS Express by default; faster services are available by request, additional charge will apply.

EMS Express Shipping: 10-15 Days
Expedite Shipping: 5-10 Days (Free for orders over $100, and $7.99 for orders under $100)
Priority Express Shipping: 4-6 Days ($29.99):

Our main carriers include: EMS, DHL, Fedex, UPS

Pick ups are not available at the moment.
Customers can opt to provide their own shipping label for faster services. (ex: over night)

APO & PO Box Addresses

Orders shipped to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses are ship via EMS Express only.
Air Expedite services requires signature upon delivery so is unavailable for PO Box & APO/FPO addresses.

Custom & Duties

Selected countries may add on a duties or custom fees charge for Express and Priority Express services.

These are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.
They are based on the value of the order and the tax–free threshold, if it exists,for imported goods.More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

This is not included in your total and must be paid by the order recipient.

Shipping Delay

While it is our goal to make sure your order arrives quickly; unexpected shipping delay may occur from carrier's end.

This would include Custom Clearance, weather and anything factors outside of our control.
You will be notified if a delay is noted in your shipment and we will assist with reroute, reschedule and relevant tasks to our best effort.
